OUR NEW HOME
Our new home is at unit 43, Dunveth Business Park, Wadebridge PL27 7FE. We are sharing this space with our fabulous friend Adrian Oliver of Cornish Field Kitchen as a place for Production, retail of fabulous food, dispatch of online sales and our new Chef's Table
OUR CHEF'S TABLE
This isn't a restaurant, we don't have a view or a dining room. Instead this is about sitting together at a fabulous oak table, with friends old and new. It's about being a part of the cooking experience, seeing every step of the process and interacting with us while we cook for you.
We can seat 10 people and will recommend wine flights on a BYOB basis.
Each Chef's Table menu will be advertised here and places are bookable by phone or email.

Bread, butter and amuse bouche to start
Artichoke
Artichoke custard, artichoke crisps, artichoke crush, shiitake and preserved chillies
Scallop
Roasted scallops with cauliflower puree, roasted cauliflower florets, brined cauliflower and red vein sorrel
Venison
Roast venison loin with sticky venison, onions, celeriac and plum
